Shambala Gatherings August 2013

For an interesting and exciting workshop in Tantra yoga, the yoga of intimacy, visit the Shambalagathering at Borntorpet in Sweden. This 2 day workshop is on the 10th and 11th of August in 2013. This weekend workshop will help you to explore the intimate connection that is found between our spirituality and our sexuality. These courses are designed especially for the beginner who is interested in learning about these techniques.

Each day will have approximately 7 hours of study and you will also receive an informative booklet covering all aspects of the course. Meditations and yoga practices will break up the day into more manageable hours of study that will be interesting and informative.

The many mysteries of our own spiritual eroticism will be explained to you with a combination of yoga and Taoism. You will learn Hatha yoga techniques that relate to your sexuality and spirituality with no need to worry about nudity as it will not be seen.

You will gain an insight and understanding of your own spirituality and how it relates directly to your sexuality. You will feel relaxed and calm from this experience in meditation and yoga techniques and will transform your life with the information that you will take home.

The atmosphere is one of respect to each other and there will be no explicit and unnecessary stress put on you. The location will amaze you with wonderful scenery of its location and the great spa resort facilities that are available to you.
